On September 30, TIME announced that Future Caucus President & CEO Layla Zaidane has been named to the 2025 TIME100 Next list, an expansion of the TIME100 list recognizing the most influential people in the world. The list spotlights 100 emerging leaders shaping the future of business, politics, health, science, activism, and more.

Each year, Future Caucus recognizes young legislators and changemakers for political bridge-building and future-focused leadership during our annual Rising Star Awards. This year’s program will honor outstanding changemakers with the Rising Star Award, the Cherisse Eatmon Collective Impact Award, the Generational Changemaker Award, and the Jacob K.
