Connect with fellow lawmakers in your state and across the country. Access policy expertise, fellowships, leadership development, communications support, national convenings, and other resources designed to help you succeed in public service.

What it means to be a member:

Being part of Future Caucus is about more than accessing programs and resources. Our members are part of a community committed to working across differences and approaching public service with a shared ethos.

Future Caucus Ethos:

Listen First | Communicate openly and respectfully. Make room for others at the table.
Say “We” | There is no “I” in Future Caucus. Welcome diversity; it makes us stronger.
