What We Do

Future Caucus works directly with our nation’s leading, young policymakers on both a federal and state level to bridge the partisan divide and lead a new era of collaborative governance. As a national, nonpartisan nonprofit dedicated to activating Gen Z and millennial policymakers, Future Caucus gives our nation’s young leaders the resources and support to develop and pass innovative policy solutions — and forge productive partnerships on the issues impacting Americans.

On September 30, TIME announced that Future Caucus President & CEO Layla Zaidane has been named to the 2025 TIME100 Next list, an expansion of the TIME100 list recognizing the most influential people in the world. The list spotlights 100 emerging leaders shaping the future of business, politics, health, science, activism, and more.
