Energy & Environment Innovation Fellows in Denver
October 1, 2024
Future Caucus team members and Energy & Environment Innovation Fellows kicked off their 2024 experiential learning trip to Colorado with a Rockies game, and even got a shoutout on the Jumbotron!
The Rocky Mountain Institute presented their work on transforming global energy systems, and Think Microgrid led an interactive presentation on understanding microgrid technologies for achieving policy goals.
We followed up our discussions with a tour of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory where we learned about the work they’re doing to advance renewable energy — including 3D technology that put us inside a wind turbine!
And to wrap up the trip — a private night tour of the Colorado State Capitol, courtesy of Representative Brianna Titone!
