The Well is Future Caucus’ cross-partisan leadership development platform built specifically for Gen Z and millennial state legislators. Through on-demand courses, interactive policy content, and peer discussion forums, The Well equips young lawmakers to govern effectively in a fast-changing world. It is the first platform of its kind to combine policy innovation, cross-state collaboration, and future-focused training in a single learning environment tailored to the needs and goals of young state legislators.

HOW TO JOIN THE WELL
1. Register
Head to the registration page and click “Register.” Fill out the form with all required details, then review and accept the privacy policy and platform terms.
2. Complete Your Profile
Add any additional information on the second page of the form, then click “Register” to submit your request.
3. Get Verified
A member of the Future Caucus team will verify your legislator status. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with login instructions—and full access to The Well.
4. Dive In
Once you’ve completed your registration and been verified, you can begin exploring the platform and familiarize yourself with all available resources.
