Victoria R. Clark

Attorney

Victoria is an attorney based in Washington, DC and is an attorney for the government. Prior to her current role, she founded a law firm in DC where she represented individuals in criminal matters and businesses in civil litigation.

In addition to her love of practicing law, Victoria is active in the community. She was elected Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner of single member district 7C06 in 2020, and was subsequently appointed Vice Chair of Advisory Neighborhood Commission 7C. She also serves on the Young Patrons Board of Arena Stage at The Mead Center for American Theater. She is also a New Leaders Council Alum, and serves on the board of the New Leaders Council – North Carolina. She also spent several years in leadership of the Northern Virginia Urban League Young Professionals Network, including serving as President form 2017-2019.

Victoria earned her BA in Philosophy, magna cum laude, from North Carolina State University in 2011, graduating in three years, and spent a semester at the Universidad de Cantabria in Santander, Spain. She earned her Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School in 2014, and spent a semester at ESADE Law School in Barcelona, Spain. In her free time, Victoria runs a cooking blog, studies languages, and explores local trails with her Cockapoo, Coconut.
