Josue is a Co-Founder of The Baseball Foundation and serves in the United Nations’ Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization.
Previously he served in the Obama Administration’s Presidential Personnel Office at the White House and the President’s Economic Recovery Advisory Board at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
He holds a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and is a 2010 Gilman Scholar to Thammasat University in Thailand.
