Jack Gasdia

Policy Innovation Lab Coordinator

Jack Gasdia is the Policy Innovation Lab Coordinator for Future Caucus, the largest nonpartisan organization of young lawmakers in the United States. Future Caucus works with over 1,800 Gen Z and millennial elected leaders in Congress and state legislatures to bridge divides, collaborate on future-oriented policy, and scale a healthy culture of democracy. In his role, Jack facilitates policy programming and operations for Future Caucus’ Innovation Lab, connecting young lawmakers with resources and expertise to help them craft evidence-based bipartisan policy. As Policy Innovation Lab Coordinator, Jack helps to provide lawmakers with impactful educational opportunities that support legislative innovation and collaboration.

Jack has previously supported the work of other NGOs in the national and global youth engagement space, including Search for Common Ground in Washington, DC and the African Centre for the Constructive Resolution of Disputes (ACCORD) in Durban, South Africa. Jack has also worked and volunteered across a range of experiences in government and policy, from the level of his local school board in New Hampshire to that of the United States Senate.

Jack holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service, both from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. He is also certified in community-based mediation through Community Boards, the longest-running nonprofit conflict resolution and restorative justice center in the United States.
