Itopia Mills is the Special Assistant to the CEO for Future Caucus, the largest nonpartisan organization of young lawmakers in the United States. Future Caucus works with over 2,000 Gen Z and millennial elected leaders in Congress and state legislatures to bridge divides, collaborate on future-oriented policy, and scale a healthy culture of democracy. In her role, she is the CEO’s strategic co-pilot, helping her navigate a demanding landscape with precision and speed.

Prior to joining Future Caucus, Itopia spent over 8 years as a trusted partner to industry leading C-suite executives at Condé Nast, Target, Maximum Effort, and The Virgil Abloh Foundation.

From New Rochelle, New York, Itopia is a proud HBCU graduate, holding a Bachelor of Science in Magazine Production from Florida A&M University. Her commitment to diversity and inclusion, rooted in both her education and career, remains a guiding thread throughout her work.
