Ashley Davis

Maternal Health Graduate Fellow

Ashley Davis joined Future Caucus as a Maternal Health Graduate Fellow in January 2024! Mrs. Davis is an accomplished public health professional with over 13 years of distinguished performance in the public health field.

Former Rural Health Manager for the state of Virginia, Ashley served as the legislative bill reviewer for all health equity proposed House and Senate bills in the state of Virginia for the Office of Health Equity. She worked on HB171-Henrietta Lacks Commission; which was later passed in the establishment of the first and only commission supported by the Lacks family in 2018.

Mrs. Davis received her Bachelors in Science from Spelman College; Master of Public Health and Master of Human Services from Liberty University. Ashley is currently working towards her PhD in Public Policy to better advocate for equitable social policies and public health programs for those in underserved and under-resourced areas.
