Senator John Michael Montgomery

Oklahoma Future Caucus, Co-Chair (R)

State Senator John Michael Montgomery was born and raised in Lawton and graduated from Eisenhower High School. He began college at Cameron University before transferring to the University of Oklahoma where he completed a B.A. in International Studies. Montgomery continued on to complete his M.A. in Global Affairs in summer 2019. Montgomery founded Invictus Investment Advisors LLC in 2019.

Prior to his election to the Senate in 2018, Montgomery served four years in the House. Montgomery currently serves in the Senate as Vice Chair for the Appropriations Subcommittee on General Government and Transportation. 

Montgomery  lives in Lawton with his wife Kylee, their daughter, and three dogs. Kylee is a teacher in Lawton Public Schools and has coached for the Lawton High Highsteppers.
