Bowden “Bo” Saunders

Bowden “Bo” Saunders is the Senior Director of HR & Finance for Future Caucus, the largest nonpartisan organization of young lawmakers in the United States. Future Caucus works with over 1,600 Millennial and Gen Z elected leaders in Congress and state legislatures to bridge divides, collaborate on future-oriented policy, and scale a healthy culture of democracy. 

Bo manages all of Future Caucus’ ongoing financial, operations, and human resources functions. He develops, maintains and updates processes and procedures that support our organization’s rapid growth. This includes everything from expense reports to audits to employee onboarding to maintaining office technology. If it’s related to organization operations, Bo’s involved.

Prior to joining the Future Caucus Team, Bo was the Senior Assistant to the President at The Brookings Institution, where he managed the president’s day-to-day activities, organized the Executive office logistics, and worked with the Brookings Central Development team to create strategic fundraising trips for the office. He holds a B.A. in Policy Studies from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania. 

Originally from the DMV area, Bo enjoys CrossFit workouts, is always ready to hangout with friends, and is a fanatic comic book reader.
