Arkansas Representative Ashley Hudson (D)
Healthcare Innovation Fellow
Ashley serves in the Arkansas House of Representatives representing District 75 in West Little Rock. Now in her second term, she was the first woman and the first Democrat to be elected to her seat since the district was drawn in 2010. She sits on the Judiciary Committee and the City, County, and Local Affairs Committee and is the Vice Chair of the Courts and Civil Law Subcommittee. She’s been selected by both the Arkansas Judicial Council and the Pulaski County Bar Association as their Legislator of the Year.
In her “spare” time, Ashley is of counsel in the law firm of Kutak Rock LLP, where she is a member of the firm’s healthcare group. She’s been recognized several times as one of the state’s preeminent healthcare lawyers by both national and state organizations and is active in the Arkansas and Pulaski County Bar Associations. She also sits on both the Pulaski Technical College and University of Arkansas Foundation Boards.
Ashley lives in West Little Rock with her husband, Cliff and their four children, Luci, Sadie, CJ, and Abby, and one spoiled rotten dog, Miles.
