Representative Jim Lilly
Michigan Future Caucus, Co-Chair (R)
Rep. Jim Lilly was elected to the Michigan House of Representatives in November 2016, where he represents the 89th District.
Lilly received his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from John Carroll University. He is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the Wharton Executive Leadership Program. He is currently pursuing his master’s in Business Administration at Grand Valley State University.
Lilly was Vice President and Commercial Banking Team Leader at Macatawa Bank from 2012 to 2016. He previously worked at the Bank of Holland, National City Bank, and Key Bank. Lilly is currently a member the Board of Directors at Lakeshore 504 and formerly served as president of the Holland Area Arts Council, Fund Development Director of the Holland Young Professionals, and president of the Holland Professional Club.
In the legislature, Rep. Lilly has prioritized job training, government accountability, and state infrastructure. He has advanced legislation to improve transparency in Lansing and leverages his professional experience to promote Michigan’s economic growth. Rep. Lilly lives in Park Township with his wife Sarah.
