Emma Faz
Events & Operations Intern

Emma Faz is the Operations and Events Intern for Future Caucus, the largest nonpartisan organization of young lawmakers in the United States. Future Caucus works with over 1,900 Gen Z and millennial elected leaders in Congress and state legislatures to bridge divides, collaborate on future-oriented policy, and scale a healthy culture of democracy. In her role, Emma assists in events, operations, and logistics. Her vital role encompasses event planning, data migration/management and assisting with a variety of projects across Future Caucus.
Emma is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Emory University, double majoring in Classics and Philosophy, Politics, & Law. Her previous roles include serving as a Media and Communications Intern at The 2030 Project and as Membership Director for the Young Democrats of Emory. In these positions, Emma connected young adults to Atlanta’s political scene through online content and engaging in-person events.
Because of her passion for local politics, Emma has served as a poll worker and volunteered on both an inclusion advisory board and a city council campaign in her hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio. As a QuestBridge Match Scholar, she gives back to her community as an Emory Student Ambassador, Advising Fellow at Matriculate, and a Youth Leadership Institute Mentor for the Hispanic Scholarship Fund, ensuring that high schoolers from underserved backgrounds have access to higher education.
Outside of professional and academic work, Emma enjoys cooking, traveling, and reading books about ancient history and dystopian futures.
