Paige Ferguson
Senior Director, Policy Innovation Lab
Paige Ferguson is the Senior Director of the Policy Innovation Lab for Future Caucus, the largest nonpartisan organization of young lawmakers in the United States. Future Caucus works with over 1,900 Millennial and Gen Z elected leaders in Congress and state legislatures to bridge divides, collaborate on future-oriented policy, and scale a healthy culture of democracy. In her role, Paige leads Future Caucus’ efforts to educate, engage, and mobilize young lawmakers around a member-informed, curated policy agenda to support bipartisan legislative advancements.
Paige has been involved in the pro-democracy movement since 2020, holding roles at organizations like RepresentUs and various political action committees. She is committed to fostering collaboration, civic engagement, and bipartisan solutions to strengthen democratic institutions. Before that, Paige worked on campaigns, capacity building, and people operations.
Paige is a 2025 New Leaders Council Maryland Fellow, a program focused on developing leaders committed to creating positive change in their communities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a dual concentration in Social Work and Community Leadership and Development from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts, and a Master’s degree in Political Science with a concentration on American Government from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania.
Originally from outside Philadelphia, Paige enjoys kayaking, exploring new restaurants, and making her friends’ birthday cakes.
