Diana Haber-Daws
Associate Manager, Leadership Programs

Diana Haber-Daws is the Associate Manager of Leadership Programs at Future Caucus, the largest nonpartisan organization of young lawmakers in the United States. Future Caucus works with over 2,000 Gen Z and millennial elected leaders in Congress and state legislatures to bridge divides, collaborate on future-oriented policy, and scale a healthy culture of democracy. Diana supports curating and delivering leadership programming, content, and events to the Future Caucus Network.
As a first-generation Cuban American, Diana grew up with the conviction that democracy is neither guaranteed nor passive. That belief has guided her career across every level of public life; from teaching middle school with Teach for America in Miami-Dade County, to legislative roles with the Florida State Senate, Boston City Council, and Massachusetts State House, to researching youth civic leadership at the U.S. Agency for International Development. Most recently, at IREX, she designed and implemented youth public diplomacy and entrepreneurship fellowship programs for hundreds of global leaders including the U.S. State Department–sponsored Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative.
Diana is an accomplished convener, facilitator, and public speaker. She directed and moderated the international Impact Fellowships Summit, led convenings tied to the United Nations General Assembly and New York Climate Week, and has facilitated leadership programming for participants across more than 20 countries. She has a passion for weaving the connective thread between people and ideas to build durable trust across differences that makes real collaboration possible.
She holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Science in International Affairs from the Florida State University. She is a conflict resolution practitioner, an Inner Development Goals Ambassador, and the founder of Root for Good, a grassroots initiative strengthening belonging and civic life through community service.
A classically trained dancer, Diana believes the world needs more reasons to joyfully dance together; she brings that conviction in uniting perspectives, cultures, and generations around shared purpose. She has visited all 50 U.S. states, was married in Yosemite National Park, and carries a deep sense of curiosity and reciprocity about people and places wherever she goes.
