Josh Holstein, 22, is an elected Republican member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing Boone County (32nd District) since January 1, 2021. He was first elected in November of 2020, defeating a popular incumbent Democrat who had held various elected offices in Boone County for a couple of decades. Josh’s election was hard fought and was also a complete surprise to the political establishment in Boone County. Josh lives in Ashford, WV in Boone County, is a proud son of generations of West Virginia coal miners, and a devoted Christian.
