James Madison Fellows
Our nation’s emerging post-partisan leaders
In 1791, James Madison—Founding Father, chief architect of the Constitution, and 4th President of the United States— foresaw the danger of political polarization. However, he believed that engaged and thoughtful public leaders could overcome such divisions.
The James Madison Fellowship Program engages Millennial mayors, city council members, political commentators, and social entrepreneurs who are part of our larger movement and model our ideals in practice.
- Supports young leaders to spearhead creative post-partisan projects in their respective domains
- Provides Fellows with mentors, policy workshops and exposure at Future Caucus’ national convening
- Empowers America’s most promising rising stars as ambassadors of Future Caucus’ mission
