Scot Turner

Founder and Executive Director, Eternal Vigilance Action

Scot Turner is a former member of the Georgia House of Representatives, where he represented District 21 from 2013 until he retired in 2021. After a career in the technology sector, Scot entered public service with a focus on practical reforms that strengthen transparency, accountability, and public confidence in government. Today, he is the Founder and Executive Director of Eternal Vigilance Action, a Georgia-based nonprofit that advances evidence-driven policy work on election administration and other good-government priorities. He also helped launch the Eternal Vigilance Institute to expand civic education and public-facing research.

Scot’s work is grounded in a simple idea: trust is earned through clear rules, competent administration, and institutions that work the same for everyone. He lives in Holly Springs, Georgia, and serves on the Board of Directors of Future Caucus.
