Jack Gasdia
Associate Manager, Policy Innovation Lab

Jack Gasdia is the Associate Manager of the Policy Innovation Lab for Future Caucus, the largest nonpartisan organization of young lawmakers in the United States. Future Caucus works with over 1,900 Gen Z and millennial elected leaders in Congress and state legislatures to bridge divides, collaborate on future-oriented policy, and scale a healthy culture of democracy. In his role, Jack oversees the Innovation Fellowship Program and provides tailored bipartisan policymaking support to young lawmakers who choose to specialize in Civic Innovation, Criminal Justice Reform, Energy & Environment, or Prenatal-to-Three policy.
In 2026, Jack is deeply supporting the work of over 35 lawmakers across the country in bipartisan Capstone Projects, through which Future Caucus’ diverse network of lawmakers and experts exchange educational resources to advance innovative, future-focused policy initiatives.
Jack has previously supported the work of other NGOs in the youth empowerment space, including Search for Common Ground in Washington, DC and the African Centre for the Constructive Resolution of Disputes (ACCORD) in Durban, South Africa.
Jack is a conflict transformation professional, holding a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service, both from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Jack is also certified in community-based mediation through Community Boards, the longest-running nonprofit conflict resolution and restorative justice center in the United States.
