Sarah Evans

Communications Intern

Sarah Evans is the Communications Intern for Future Caucus, the largest nonpartisan organization of young lawmakers in the United States. Future Caucus works with over 1,800 Gen Z and millennial elected leaders in Congress and state legislatures to bridge divides, collaborate on future-oriented policy, and scale a healthy culture of democracy. In her role, she assists the Communications team with managing press and media operations and contributes to the Young Lawmakers Storybank. 

Sarah is a junior at Grinnell College, where she majors in political science and English and concentrates in statistics. She comes to Future Caucus with experience in public opinion research, journalism, politics and law, and is interested in the ways in which public opinion influences and intersects with the political sphere. 

Outside of politics, Sarah enjoys going on runs, listening to podcasts, spending time outside, and trying to fulfill her bucket list item of visiting all fifty states.
